At Sahara Vibe, we understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent approach for our valued customers, we have outlined the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

  • Sahara Desert Tours: The cancellation deadline for desert tours is 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

  • Travel Packages: For complete travel packages, cancellations must be made 45 days before the scheduled departure date.

  • Group Bookings: Larger group bookings may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please submit your request in writing via email or our online booking platform. Be sure to include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request promptly.

3. Cancellation Fees

  • Outside the Cancellation Period: Cancellations made outside the specified timeframes may incur a small administrative fee.

  • Within the Cancellation Period: Unfortunately, cancellations within the cancellation period are non-refundable. However, depending on the booking type and time left until departure, we may offer the option to apply your deposit to a future booking.

4. Refund Procedures

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of your cancellation request, in accordance with the terms of your booking. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, this will be classified as a “no-show.” Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided in this case. No-shows for any portion of a tour or itinerary may impact subsequent services, including return flights or accommodations.

6. Accommodation & Service Provider Terms

Please note that third-party service providers, including hotels and local transport companies, may have their own cancellation policies that could affect the overall cancellation charges. We recommend reviewing their policies before finalizing your booking.

7. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential unforeseen situations, such as medical emergencies or changes in your travel plans. Insurance can help protect against cancellation fees and other related expenses.

8. Modifying Bookings

If you need to modify your booking, whether it’s changing dates or names of passengers, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional fees may apply.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or other unpredictable events), Sahara Vibe reserves the right to alter or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will work closely with customers to explore alternative arrangements and offer refunds where applicable.
