Sahara Vibe Booking and Payment Policy

Planning your trip should feel simple and stress-free. At Sahara Vibe, our booking and payment policy explains how to confirm your Morocco tour, how to pay, and what happens if you need to make changes. In addition, it helps you understand our cancellation terms, insurance advice, and privacy rules before you travel.

How to Book with Sahara Vibe

First, we plan your itinerary together. Then, to confirm your trip, please send us an email with the full names of all participants. If you already booked your flights, please include your flight details as well.

After we receive your confirmation, we will send you the available payment options and your booking details.

Sahara Vibe Deposit and Final Payment

To secure your reservation, you need to pay a 30% deposit of the total trip cost at least 5 weeks before arrival. We will then send you an invoice for the deposit.

After that, you can pay the remaining balance when you arrive in Morocco.

We only confirm your booking after we receive the deposit.

Payment Methods for Your Morocco Tour

At Sahara Vibe, we offer different payment methods to make the process easy. You can pay by:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Postal transfer

In addition, you can pay the remaining balance in cash on arrival in Morocco from the first day of your trip.

Cancellation Policy for Sahara Vibe Tours

If you need to cancel your booking, please send us an email at contact@saharavibe.com. We will use the date of your email as the official cancellation date.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: €70 processing fee
  • Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit amount
  • Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit amount
  • Less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the total trip cost

If Sahara Vibe Cancels the Trip

Sometimes, unexpected events may force us to cancel a tour. In that case, we will offer you an alternative option or give you a full refund. However, we do not provide extra compensation.

Changes to Your Booking

If you want to change your reservation, please contact us at least one month before departure. We will always do our best to help.

For example, you may want to extend your stay, add more travelers, or book extra services. In these cases, we will only charge the cost of the additional services. Otherwise, we will not add extra fees.

Claims and Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint or claim, please send it to us in writing before you leave Morocco. This way, we can review the matter properly and help you more efficiently.

Traveler Responsibility During the Tour

Our desert tours and adventure trips take place in natural and remote areas. Therefore, each traveler must follow the guide’s instructions during the journey.

Sahara Vibe cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage caused by unsafe or careless personal behavior.

Travel Insurance and Civil Liability

Sahara Vibe holds professional liability insurance in accordance with the rules of our profession. However, each traveler must also have personal travel insurance.

For that reason, we strongly recommend full coverage for:

  • Medical expenses
  • Travel assistance
  • Repatriation
  • Theft or loss of luggage
  • Other travel-related risks

Protection of Personal Information

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We only use your data to organize the services you request. We do not share your information with third parties unless it is necessary for your booking.

You also have the right to access, correct, or object to the use of your personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.
