On this 5-day private tour from Casablanca to Merzouga and Marrakech, we take you from the Atlantic coast through the Rif and Atlas Mountains and finally deep into the Sahara Desert.

You will discover the blue streets of Chefchaouen, the ancient medina of Fes, the beautiful landscapes of the Middle Atlas, and the incredible Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga.

Then comes the part we love most: the Sahara.

You will ride camels through the golden dunes, watch the sunset from the top of the desert, enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the evening around the campfire with Saharan music and stories. At night, you can simply look up at the stars and enjoy the silence of the desert.

The following day, we continue our journey through southern Morocco, the Draa Valley and Ouarzazate before visiting the famous Aït Ben Haddou. From there, we cross the High Atlas Mountains and finish our journey in Marrakech.

CASABLANCA → RABAT → CHEFCHAOUEN

From the Atlantic to the Blue City

We pick you up from Casablanca and begin our journey towards Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Together we discover some of the city's most important landmarks, including the Hassan Tower, Mohammed V Mausoleum and the Kasbah of the Udayas.

From Rabat, we continue north towards the Rif Mountains and the beautiful blue city of Chefchaouen. In the afternoon, take your time to wander through its peaceful blue streets, discover local shops and enjoy the atmosphere of this unique mountain town.

CHEFCHAOUEN → FES

From the Rif Mountains to Fes

After breakfast, enjoy some free time to take one last walk through Chefchaouen before we continue towards Fes.

Fes is one of Morocco's most historic cities and the heart of Moroccan craftsmanship and culture. Its ancient medina is filled with narrow streets, traditional workshops, beautiful architecture and local life.

Depending on your arrival time, we can arrange an introduction to the old medina or give you time to relax and enjoy your riad.

Entering the Sahara

Today we leave the cities behind and begin our journey towards the Sahara. We cross the spectacular Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane and the beautiful cedar forests before continuing towards Midelt.

As we descend from the mountains, the landscape changes dramatically. The Ziz Valley appears with its green palm groves, oasis villages and dramatic desert scenery.

By afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga. Here our Sahara experience truly begins. We leave the vehicle behind and ride camels through the golden dunes as the sun begins to set.

At our desert camp, our team prepares a traditional Moroccan dinner. We share Saharan tea around the fire, enjoy local music and spend the evening beneath the incredible desert sky.

MERZOUGA → RISSANI → DRAA VALLEY → OUARZAZATE

From the Desert to the Valley of Palms

If you wish, we wake early to watch the sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, we leave Merzouga and continue through the landscapes of southern Morocco.

We pass through Rissani, an important historic town and gateway to the Tafilalt region, before continuing towards the spectacular Draa Valley.

Along the way, you will see thousands of palm trees, traditional villages and ancient kasbahs before we continue towards Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara.

After the day's journey, enjoy a relaxing evening and take some time to rest.

Ancient Kasbahs & the High Atlas

Our final day begins with a visit to Aït Ben Haddou, one of Morocco's most famous ancient kasbahs and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We walk through the old village, discover its traditional earthen architecture and enjoy the views across the surrounding landscape.

From Aït Ben Haddou, we continue across the High Atlas Mountains, passing traditional Berber villages and spectacular mountain scenery as we make our way towards Marrakech.

As we descend from the mountains, the landscape changes once again and we approach the red city of Marrakech.
