Morning transfer from Zagora by taxi through the Draa Valley to Erg Lihoudi. Meet your camel team and start your desert trek towards Mozmo. Set up camp among the small dunes. Evening with nomadic songs and dances. Dinner and overnight in a desert bivouac.
After breakfast, continue the trek towards Oued Naam (“river of the ostrich”). Picnic lunch along the way. In the afternoon, the caravan heads deeper into the dunes. At sunset, enjoy a traditional tea ceremony before preparing a tajine with the camel drivers. Dinner and night under the stars in tents.
Wake up early to admire the sunrise. After a traditional breakfast, walk towards Oued Laatach (“river of thirst”). Lunch in the middle of the desert. Relax with tea on the sand dunes before dinner around the campfire. Overnight in tents, surrounded by the silence of the Sahara.
The caravan continues its expedition across dunes and hammada. Picnic lunch on the way. In the evening, set up camp and prepare dinner with your guides. Around the fire, enjoy a lively evening of Sahrawi music and dances under the starry desert sky. Overnight in a nomadic bivouac.
After breakfast, walk back to M’hamid, where the trek ends. Transfer to Zagora around 11:00. From there, you can continue your journey independently towards Marrakech or elsewhere in Morocco.
